We ideated for the solution after recognising our main cutomer mindsets - The Adventure Seeker and the Methodological Planner. Acknowledging the potential monotony of visa-related tasks, we also brainstormed ways to boost user engagement and cultural immersion.
The ideation mostly included a combination of Crazy 8s and Round Robbin.
